Hi! I’m Monique, and I’m genuinely passionate about understanding and helping others. With a background in psychology and human development, I’ve been fortunate to immerse myself in research, teaching, and community engagement. I find true joy in guiding students through complex concepts—whether it’s research methods, cognitive processes, or social neuroscience—and seeing their eyes light up with an "Aha!" moment when it all clicks. Those moments remind me why I love what I do.

For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching at ÀÖÓãÌåÓý, both in person and online. My approach focuses on making learning interactive and relatable, by bridging the gap between theory and the real world. Creating a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore and thrive has always been at the heart of my work. I’m here to support you and encourage those transformative moments of understanding, and I can’t wait to see the perspectives and energy you’ll bring to our lab!
